Leaderboard Participation and Publication Consent

1. Scope of consent

This consent is given to Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "Цедра Груп", БИН 230140044071 and applies only to a user’s participation in the Тестмейт leaderboard and display of the approved leaderboard fields. Processing of the account and private learning history is governed by the Privacy Policy and does not become public because of this consent.

2. Optional participation

Participation in the leaderboard is entirely optional and is not a condition for creating or keeping an account, accessing free functions, or purchasing or using paid functions. Declining participation does not reduce the user’s private points, progress, or available study functionality.

3. Data that is published

When participation is enabled, only the user’s nickname, points, and rank are approved for display. Email, first name, last name, Apple ID, internal identifier, answers, subjects, and other information are not published under this consent.

• the user’s current rank in the leaderboard.

4. Audience

The approved leaderboard fields are displayed to other authenticated users of Тестмейт. This consent does not authorize publication on the open internet, disclosure to advertising networks, or publication of an expanded user profile.

5. Purpose of publication

Publication supports the comparative educational leaderboard: it displays participant positions, encourages motivation, and lets users see competition results. Leaderboard data is not used for official assessment, admission, employment, lending, or another decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Withdrawal of consent

A user may withdraw consent at any time only through the unified support contact details by sending a request to [email protected]. The request should identify the account and ask to disable the public leaderboard; excessive documents or payment data should not be sent. Withdrawal does not operate retroactively against lawful publication before it is processed.

7. Removal from display

After a withdrawal is received and processed, the company will stop future display of the approved fields and remove the user from the leaderboard available to other users within a reasonable technical period. Information already seen or legitimately saved by another user cannot be retrieved from that user’s device, but the company will not republish it on the basis of the withdrawn consent.

8. Private learning history

Withdrawal concerns the public leaderboard, not the account itself. Private learning history, answers, progress, awarded points, and technical records may remain in non-public form for account operation, delivery of selected functions, security, and compliance with legal duties. A separate deletion request is required to delete the account and linked data.

9. Minors

A user under 18 must obtain prior permission from a parent or other legal guardian for participation and publication of the approved fields. Тестмейт does not verify that permission automatically. Stricter rules in the user’s country prevail, and a guardian may withdraw consent through the unified contact details.
