Website Analytics and UTM Notice

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Тестмейт promotional website at oriapp.org. The operator is Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "Цедра Груп", БИН 230140044071. Mobile analytics and general data processing are described further in the Privacy Policy.

2. UTM data

The site may receive UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content, and related parameters from the page address. Together with browser technical data and visit events, UTM parameters may be sent to PostHog and AppMetrica for source attribution and site measurement.

3. Analytics providers

• PostHog EU — website events and product analytics in PostHog’s European environment;
• AppMetrica / Yandex — website events, technical measures, and attribution;
• DigitalOcean — website hosting in Bangalore, India.

Pseudonymous identifiers, date and time, visited page, referral, IP address, user agent, device, language, UTM parameters, and interaction details may be processed. Advertising identifiers are not created specifically for this site.

4. App Store navigation

Relevant UTM attribution parameters may be included when a visitor follows the App Store link and forwarded through it. Apple’s subsequent processing is governed by Apple’s rules; Тестмейт does not receive a visitor’s complete Apple purchase profile.

5. Purposes

• understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors;
• measure navigation to the App Store and operation of site elements;
• identify technical errors and abuse;
• aggregate statistics and improve promotional-site content.

6. Automatic operation

Website analytics/UTM tracking operates automatically when the site is visited and its links are used. For optional analytics, the company relies on consent or another basis available in the visitor’s country and preserves mandatory objection and withdrawal rights.

Identifiable or pseudonymous website analytics and UTM attribution data is retained for 12 months and is then deleted or aggregated so that it no longer relates to a particular visitor.

The site is hosted in DigitalOcean Bangalore, India; PostHog EU and AppMetrica / Yandex may process data outside the visitor’s country. Cross-border transfers may therefore occur. This notice does not claim that data is localized in Kazakhstan. Available contractual and technical measures are used.

The site does not use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral profiling, or session replay and does not sell personal data. UTM attribution measures the company’s own campaigns and navigation rather than creating an advertising profile across sites.

11. Objection and withdrawal

A visitor may object to optional analytics or withdraw consent by contacting support by email at [email protected]. Include reasonably available visit details and the requested scope. There is currently no user-facing analytics switch on the site; the company will process the request and stop future processing to the applicable extent.

12. Changes to this notice

This notice is updated when tools, data, purposes, or periods change. A material change will be announced on the site where practicable, and fresh consent will be sought where required by law.
